Are you free to ski? Free from common faults or mistakes that might be holding back your success in skiing, that is? This blog is for friends, family, and others who enjoy the sport of alpine skiing, would like to improve and share experiences. Whether or not you're just beginning to learn basic alpine skills, improving turns on different terrain, or chasing a medal in your next ski race, hopefully you'll find something.

About Me

My photo
Thaddeus Miksinski, III
In the late 1990s, I began alpine ski competition with club/league racing and later on progressed to some masters racing in the 2000s. I have over 8 years of experience as a USSA coach, specifically working with developing athletes on the Liberty Mountain Racing Team and have held a USSA Alpine Level 100 Certification. I have incredible memories from the years of alpine ski racing and coaching that I'll carry with me forever. In addition, being active with CrossFit Germantown Performance, Trail Life USA, and Columbia Ski Club has led to meeting some fantastic people. Now it's off to new horizons in a different climate. Thanks for visiting.
